Physical Training.

To some, driving a race car doesn’t seem very difficult. But , for those who know, race car driving is a very labor intensive sport. With the quick speed and unbelievable handling of the formula cars, Nico works hard to stay in tip top form! Here Nico is pictured getting those rep's in with his coach!

Commitment.

Without a well balanced diet to follow that training routine, Nico would not be able extract all the benefits of training day out. Here he is enjoying a cheeky meal before getting back to the track!
